As you know, the NASDPTS 55^th Annual Conference will be held at The Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, VA, November 4 - 7, 2023.

While NASDPTS does not hold a trade show, we wanted to make sure our attendees have a chance to meet with you and find out more about your company.

On Sunday, November 5th from 2:00pm until 3:30pm (ET), NASDPTS and the Supplier Council will be hosting an exclusive opportunity for suppliers, state directors, transportation professionals and state association leaders to network in an informal setting which we are calling “Supplier Showcase and Networking Session”. 

Ultimately, this is a simpler version of displays, made up of 6-foot skirted tables (with two chairs) in a ballroom setting. You are welcome to set up the table with your promotional materials and bring your own tabletop display.  Again, this is not a tradeshow and large equipment will not be allowed.

As a Supplier Council Member, this is being offered at no cost to you, but rather a member benefit for our NASDPTS members.  Up to two people from your company can participate in the 2-hour event, but if you are staying for any other part of the Conference, you will need to register as an Annual Conference attendee.  

As we get closer to the Annual Conference, we will send more information about the Showcase and hope you will participate!
