The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has issued an exemption request notice from Rosco for their digital camera monitor systems for school buses installed as an alternative to the two rear-vision mirrors required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs).
