The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) have issued a notice that they are withdrawing the Advance Notice of Supplemental Proposed Rulemaking (ANSPRM) and the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on speed limiters.
