The NASDPTS Annual Conference is the Association’s premier event of the year, providing unmatched opportunities for members to hear the latest information on the school transportation industry. Coupled with our vendor tabletop displays, group dinners and keynote speakers on the hottest topics in the industry, this Conference is not to be missed.

Hosting the conference at the Nation’s Capital allows us to meet in-person with our federal partners. Invited agencies presenting include the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the U.S. Education Department (USDOE), among others. The conference will also feature technology updates from our industry suppliers, to include electric buses, and discussions by state directors on the top issues of the day to include: the driver shortage, alternative transportation, and electric and propane school buses.
Additionally, our Supplier Council Members will be displaying information and products during our Supplier Showcase, a tabletop exhibit meant to bring members and sellers together to share industry products and experiences.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Annual Conference Registration is $300 per person. You must be a NASDPTS member representative (in good standing) to attend NASDPTS Annual Conference. Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, meals/breaks, and sponsored events.
The system will NOT allow you to register unless you are in our system as a member.

NASDPTS member in good standing, can register a guest (not meant for a co-worker) for $175. Guest registration includes all meals and breaks ONLY. To attend sessions, you must register your guest at the Member rate of $300. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to register your guest at the Member rate of $300 to attend sessions.

Add your employees to your NASDPTS account to give them access to member benefits and be able to register for the annual conference. There is a limit of (10) people that you can add to your account.
Each company has a designated "Coordinator" in our system that was set up at the time of becoming a member. Only the "Coordinator" can "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" employees to our system. If you are unsure who the "Coordinator" is, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

MEMBER REGISTRATION POLICY
You must be a NASDPTS member representative (in good standing) to attend NASDPTS Annual Conference. Non-members are NOT allowed to attend. Only spouses are permitted to attend at the "Guest" rate if accompanied by a NASDPTS member in good standing. If you are not yet a member and would like to attend, submit your online membership request before your annual conference registration - click here to JOIN. After your dues are paid, please submit your online conference registration.
Cancellations received after October 13 are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend (no-shows). You may send an alternate to the conference without an additional charge if you cannot attend. Email NASDPTS your replacement contact information no later than October 13. Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be received by October 13. Otherwise, thank you for your donation to support NASDPTS.
CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NASDPTS conference, meetings, and other activities constitute an agreement by your registration to NASDPTS's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events activities. Unless you inform NASDPTS that you object, permission is assumed.
