CONFERENCE AGENDA

The NASDPTS Annual Conference is the Association’s premier event of the year, providing unmatched opportunities for members to hear the latest information on the school transportation industry. Coupled with our vendor tabletop displays, group dinners and keynote speakers on the hottest topics in the industry, this Conference is not to be missed.

Hosting the conference at the Nation’s Capital allows us to meet in-person with our federal partners. Invited agencies presenting include the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the U.S. Education Department (USDOE), among others. The conference will also feature technology updates from our industry suppliers, to include electric buses, and discussions by state directors on the top issues of the day to include: the driver shortage, alternative transportation, and electric and propane school buses.

Additionally, our Supplier Council Members will be displaying information and products during our Supplier Showcase, a tabletop exhibit meant to bring members and sellers together to share industry products and experiences. *Supplier Council Members see section below for further details.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Annual Conference Registration is $300 per person. You must be a NASDPTS member representative (in good standing) to attend NASDPTS Annual Conference. Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, meals/breaks, and sponsored events. Click here to register or the button below.

The system will NOT allow you to register unless you are in our system as a member.


TO REGISTER

    • FIRST STEP: Click the "REGISTER NOW" button above. Log in the system by entering your email address and password and click the "LOG IN" button at the lower right of your screen. If you do not remember your password, click the "Forgot password" link to reset your password.

    • SECOND STEP: Click the "REGISTER" button or 'REGISTER NOW" button (again).

    • THIRD STEP: Your email address should be listed, which means your are in our system. If your email address is not listed, try entering your email address. Click the "Next" button.

    • FOURTH STEP: Select your "Ticket Type" and click "Next" Button. 
        • If the system does NOT allow you to select the "Member Registration" option, you are NOT in our system as a member, or your email does not match our system. Please email adminservices@nasdpts.org with your name, organization, job title, cell phone, and email address to verify your membership status and check your contact information in our system.

        • Supplier Council complimentary registration tickets, you must be in our system under the specified membership category to register for your complimentary conference registration. See the instructions below to "ADD" employees to your account if they are not in our system. 

        • Scholarship Winners and STAC Executive Committee Members, email adminservices@nasdpts.org for the discount code.

    • FIFTH STEP: Enter your "Registration Information", and "Guest" information (if applicable). Click the "Next" button.

    • FINAL STEP: Review and Confirm your information and select payment type. "Invoice Me" is for members who want to pay by check. "Pay Online" is for members who wish to pay by credit card. If paying by credit card, you will automatically receive a paid receipt via email. Check payments will receive an email receipt once the check is received and processed.

GUEST
A significant other who is not a colleague or co-worker may be added to your registration as a guest at an additional cost of $175. Guests may join for meals and breaks only, but are not allowed to attend conference sessions. Guests may attend the full conference, including conference sessions, by paying the full attendee rate of $300.


NON-MEMBERS
Non-members are NOT allowed to attend. If you are not yet a member and would like to attend, submit your online membership request before your annual conference registration - click here to JOIN. After your dues are paid, please submit your online conference registration.


ADD EMPLOYEES TO YOUR NASDPTS ACCOUNT

  • STATE TRANSPORTATION ASSOCIATIONS COUNCIL (STAC) MEMBERS
  • SUPPLIER COUNCIL MEMBERS

*Note State Directors and State Staff members have individual membership accounts and do not have access to add employees to our system. If you need to update your state information, email your contact information (Name, Organization, Job Title, Cell Phone, and Email) to adminservices@nasdpts.org.

Add your employees to your NASDPTS account to give them access to member benefits and be able to register for the annual conference. There is a limit of (10) people that you can add to your account.

Each company has a designated "Coordinator" in our system that was set up at the time of becoming a member. Only the "Coordinator" can "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" employees to our system. If you are unsure who the "Coordinator" is, send an email to adminservices@nasdpts.org.

Follow the instructions below to "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" employees.

  • The "Coordinator" can log in to their profile by clicking here.
  • Enter your "Coordinator" email and passwordDon't know your password? Reset it by clicking here.
  • Click the ICON IMAGE ABOVE the Login text in the upper right corner of the menu bar.
  • Click "View Profile".
  • Under "My Profile," go to the "Bundle Summary" section.
  • Click the "ADD MEMBER" button. Complete the membership form to add your employee.
  • Click "Save".
  • Click the "ARCHIVE" button to remove an employee. Click "Save".

SUPPLIER SHOWCASE

NASDPTS Supplier Showcase & Networking Session

Sunday, November 5, 2023 | 2:15 pm - 4:15 pm | ROOM: Salon I & II

While NASDPTS does not hold a trade show, we wanted to ensure our attendees can meet with our supplier council members to learn more about their company. The “Supplier Showcase and Networking Session” is an exclusive opportunity for suppliers, state directors, transportation professionals, and state association leaders to network in an informal setting.

Supplier Council Members are offered this opportunity as a member benefit to participate in the “Supplier Showcase” at NO extra cost to you. However, if you are staying for any other part of the Conference (general sessions and meals), you must register as an attendee and pay the $300 registration fee. *See Attendee Registration information below.

DEADLINE: October 31st is the deadline to secure a table for the Supplier Showcase or until we hit room capacity. Tables are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis.

You must register as an attendee to attend conference sessions and meal functions. The cost is $300 per person. You must be a member and in our system to have access to register. Supplier Members under the categories below, receive complimentary attendee registration(s). Contact NASDPTS for your discount code before you register.

NASDPTS CONFERENCE POLICIES

MEMBER REGISTRATION POLICY

You must be a NASDPTS member representative (in good standing) to attend NASDPTS Annual Conference. Non-members are NOT allowed to attend. Only spouses are permitted to attend at the "Guest" rate if accompanied by a NASDPTS member in good standing. If you are not yet a member and would like to attend, submit your online membership request before your annual conference registration - click here to JOIN. After your dues are paid, please submit your online conference registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received after October 13 are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend (no-shows). You may send an alternate to the conference without an additional charge if you cannot attend. Email NASDPTS your replacement contact information no later than October 13. Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be received by October 13. Otherwise, thank you for your donation to support NASDPTS.

CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NASDPTS conference, meetings, and other activities constitute an agreement by your registration to NASDPTS's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events activities. Unless you inform NASDPTS that you object, permission is assumed.
