The NASDPTS Annual Conference is the Association’s premier event of the year, providing unmatched opportunities for members to hear the latest information on the school transportation industry. Coupled with our vendor tabletop displays, group dinners, and keynote speakers on the hottest topics in the industry, this Conference is not to be missed. 

Please note that our usual day-of-week conference schedule has changed this year due to fall holidays and hotel availability. The 2025 NASDPTS Conference will begin on Thursday, November 14, with the SafeFleet/SEON dinner and will conclude at noon on Sunday, November 16. We look forward to seeing you there!

CONFERENCE AGENDA

Hosting the conference in the Nation’s Capital provides a valuable opportunity to meet in person with our federal partners. Invited agencies scheduled to present include the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), among others. Topics will cover critical areas such as security training (including active shooter, intruder, and hijacking awareness), special needs transportation, school bus accident investigations, and key updates from industry suppliers. State directors will also lead discussions on the most pressing issues and trends in pupil transportation.

In addition, our Supplier Council Members will be displaying information and products during our Supplier Showcase, a tabletop exhibit designed to connect members with suppliers to explore products, services, and industry innovations. *Supplier Council Members see section below for details to reserve a table for the showcase.

This is a members-only event. Not a member, join here and, once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with registration access. Your email must be in our membership system to have access to register. Click here to manage your membership account.

    • When registering colleagues, enter their email addresses, not your "Coordinator" email. Your colleague's email must be included in your organization’s membership bundle before you register them. Click here for help managing your bundle. The system will not allow you to use your email multiple times to register multiple people.

Registration Instructions

  1. "Log in" with your email and password.
  2. Click the "Register" button located at the bottom of the left column.
  3. Your Email will be autofilled if logged into the system, click "Next".
  4. Choose ticket type, click "Next".
  5. Enter your registration information, click "Next".
  6. Review and confirm, and click "Invoice me" or "Pay Online".
  7. You will receive an email registration confirmation.

      Attendee Ticket Options and Cost

        • State Director, State Staff, Associate Members: $350
        • STAC Member: Discounted rate – $300
        • Scholarship Winner: Code required to receive comp registration
        • Supplier Council Members: $350
        • COMP – Major OEM School Bus Manufacturer: Up to 6 free registrations
        • COMP – Other OEM School Bus Manufacturer: 2 free registrations
        • COMP – Major School Bus Component Manufacturer: 1 free registration
        • COMP – Major School Transportation Provider/Contractor: 1 free registration
          • Supplier Council Complimentary Attendee Tickets | Access will be granted to those listed under the eligible Supplier Council categories if your email is registered in our system under your company’s membership account. If you’re unable to access a comp ticket, it may be because your email is not in our system or your company has already reached its limit for complimentary tickets. If you have any questions or experience issues, please contact NASDPTS for assistance.

          Just so you know, you can only select the ticket type that corresponds with your membership level. If you're unable to select an attendee ticket, it could be due to:

            • Your email is not in the system.
            • You're not a member.
            • You’re not eligible for the selected ticket.
            • You have already registered using the same email. Account "Coordinators" can not use the same email to register multiple attendees.

          Guest Registration Options

            • A $200 meal-only ticket is available for spouses accompanying a NASDPTS member in good standing. When you register, you’ll have the option to add the "Guest" meal ticket.
            • If your spouse wishes to attend both the conference sessions and meals, please contact NASDPTS directly. We will register your spouse as a “Guest” Conference Attendee and email you a $350 invoice. This option is not available through the online registration system and must go through NASDPTS.

          Payment Options

            • Click "Invoice Me" for check or ACH payments. Click the “VIEW/PAY INVOICE” button to download a copy of the invoice.
            • Click "Pay Online" for credit card payments. A receipt email will be sent to confirm that the payment has been processed.

            Cancellation Policy

              • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by October 22. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions are permitted until October 22.

              NASDPTS Supplier Showcase & Networking Session

              While NASDPTS does not hold a trade show, we wanted to ensure our attendees can meet with our supplier council members to learn more about their company. The “Supplier Showcase and Networking Session” is an exclusive opportunity for suppliers, state directors, transportation professionals, and state association leaders to network in an informal setting.

              There is NO fee to participate in the Supplier Showcase. However, you must pay the attendee registration fee of $350 per person to participate in the showcase. The registration fee includes all sessions and sponsored meals/breaks. Please note that the Supplier Showcase room can accommodate (36) tables max. Tables are reserved on a first-come-first-serve basis.

              DEADLINE: October 22nd is the deadline to secure a table for the Supplier Showcase or until we hit room capacity.

              Supplier members must register as an attendee to attend the conference, supplier showcase, sessions, and meal functions. The cost is $350 per person. Supplier members will have access to register under the "Attendee Supplier Council Registration" ticket option.

              Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NASDPTS conference, meetings, and other activities constitute an agreement by your registration to NASDPTS's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events activities. Unless you inform NASDPTS that you object, permission is assumed.
