·       Deadline for State Delegation Members to Selected by each State (Minimum 3 members Maximum 7 members)

·       Deadline for State Delegations to Begin Developing Proposed Revisions/Additions to the NSTSP Publication (Send State Delegation Amendment Instructions)

June 1, 2024: (11 months out)

·       Deadline for the General Public and States Delegation Submission Change Request Proposals to Writing Committees for Additions/Revisions/Deletions to the NSTSP Publication (Reinforce Writing Committee Instructions)

July 1, 2024: (10 months out)

·       Steering Committee (by Teleconference or Meeting)

October 1, 2024: (7 months out)

·       Deadline for Writing Committee Draft Proposals to be Completed and submitted to Chairperson for Review

·       Review Meeting with Coordinators and Writing Committee Chairs (Go over Writing Committee Instructions)

November 1, 2024: (6 months out)

·       Deadline for Writing Committee Draft Proposals to be submitted to Editing, Technical Assistance and Appendices Committees for editing and online preparation

·       Steering Committee teleconference

December 1, 2024: (5 months out)

·       Deadline for Writing Committee Proposals to be Posted Online for Interested Parties to Review, Comment, and Response (Send State Delegation Response Instructions)

February 1, 2025: (3 months out)

·       Deadline for Comments, Recommendations, and Responses from State Delegations and all Interested Parties on Writing Committee Proposals to be Completed and Forwarded NCST Chairperson.

·       Deadline for New Proposals by State Delegations to be completed and forwarded to NCST Chairperson.

·       NCST Chairperson Forward State Delegations’, Others’ Comments to Appropriate Writing Committees for final analysis, and decision making.  All communications will be acknowledged as received.

March 1, 2025 (2 months out)

·       Deadline for Writing Committees to Finalize and Submit Proposals to Editing, Technical Assistance, and Appendices Committees

·       The Appeals Process for State Delegations Begins

April 1, 2025: (1 month out)

·       Deadline for Editing Committee to prepare all Final Congress Ready Proposals

 

April 15, 2025: (15 days out)

 

·       Deadline for Congress Ready Proposals to be Posted Online and sent to State Delegation Chairperson(s)

·       The Appeals Process for State Delegations Ends

May 4 - 7, 2025:

·       Schedule of On-site Activities in Des Moines, Iowa to be determined
